Effective November 2026. These terms govern purchases on https://verdavita.com from prociro LLC ("we", "us"), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase. Products are for personal use only.

2. Products

Our products are dietary supplements. †These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Product information is provided for educational purposes and is not medical advice.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card numbers. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability and will refund any payment.

4. Shipping

See our shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; we assist with lost packages.

6. Reviews and content

By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it. We publish reviews from verified purchases only and do not pay for reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful or violates our guidelines.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@verdavita.com within 30 days of your first purchase. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
