You may request a full refund of the purchase price within 90 days of the order date for any reason, including opened products. Email support@verdavita.com with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are refunded if the product was damaged, defective or not as described.

Returns

For orders of 3 or more bottles we may ask you to return unopened bottles. We provide a prepaid return label. Do not send products to our business address without a label.

Limits

One refund per household per product. We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse.
