What we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), items, amounts. Payment details are collected by Stripe or PayPal, not by us.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location from IP, cookies and similar identifiers.
  • Communications: emails you send us, reviews you submit, newsletter sign-ups.

How we use it

  • To process and ship orders, send order and shipping emails, handle refunds and support.
  • To send marketing emails if you subscribed (unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email).
  • To measure and improve the site and our advertising, including through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google services, which may receive hashed identifiers and usage data.
  • To comply with law, including adverse event reporting to the FDA.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our fulfillment and shipping partners, email delivery, analytics and advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising tools may be considered "sharing" under California law; see your choices below.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email support@verdavita.com with "Privacy request" in the subject, or click here to opt out of sharing in this browser. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes (typically 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our site and products are not intended for anyone under 18.

We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
